Thank you for your interest in my work! If you haven't previously attended a retreat or in person session, please complete the discovery form HERE. This gives an opportunity to express your spiritual and healing goals and to see if you are a fit for my work. To support ongoing access to holistic healing, spiritual mentoring and energetic therapy I require all participants to join the Professional Wellness Alliance(PWA) for free and complete a release form. The release form serves to manage expectations, outcomes and risks with receiving energetic sessions. These forms can be accessed below and emailed to hello@realmoforigins.com when completed.
